Budget & Finance Committee Overview

The Budget and Finance committee is responsible for reviewing each committee budget request and creating the annual budget for the entire synagogue for the next fiscal year. Once prepared, the budget is then presented to the board of directors for approval.

During the year, the budget and finance committee reviews the actual financial data and compares this to the approved budget. The Budget and finance committee meets with and is available to each committee chair to discuss their actual versus budgeted income and expenses.

Actual financial results compared to the budget is presented to the board of directors Quarterly.
